Who we are
Karren Kerrisk is the Executive Director of K2 & Associates Limited.
Karren has mentored, trained and coached Senior Executives, sales teams, IT development teams, HR specialists and entrepreneurs to reach new levels of performance and productivity, and she has developed and delivered CV, behavioural and competency interview training as outplacement programmes and to individual job seekers.
She has assisted in the establishment, growth and profitability of a number of businesses and has designed and delivered professional performance and capability development training and change management programmes to a number of private, government and not-for-profit organisations.
More recently, Karren assisted one of Wellington’s longest established management consulting firms with the development of a long term strategy, including performance and leadership capability planning for future growth.
She has an extensive background in Business and People Performance Management and has a post graduate equivalency (Victoria AU) in NLP Influencing and Presentation, and NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer certification under the Professional Guild of NLP.
Karren offers real, practical, sustainable solutions, and she has helped many people transform their lives through the way they are able to manage change in both their personal and professional environments.

Associates
Karren is supported by a number of well regarded associates who offer deep specialisation in a number of key management fields including Change Management sustainable business strategies, TQM, Systems Thinking, Performance Measurement Systems and frameworks, and NLP.
There are four non executive directors who provide management support and additional expertise in the development of client service delivery models.
