Professional Coaching: Facilitation of development through one-on-one or group coaching sessions to enhance performance and leadership outcomes. Bespoke Training: Development and delivery of instructional programs, workshops, and educational materials tailored to the Client’s requirements.
Research & Development: Evidence-based research services, including the investigation, synthesis, and development of white papers, institutional reports, training collateral, and bespoke educational programs.

Service Delivery & Expertise

The Services are designed as an integrated approach. Our methodology includes preparatory research and analysis to ensure that all Research & Development, Consulting, Coaching, and Training deliverables are evidence-based and aligned with current industry standards.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Training and Workshop Payment Terms and Conditions

Bookings must be fully paid for by the due date on the invoice, or no later than 15 days prior to the course start date, whichever is sooner. If course fees have not been received within the stated period the course may be cancelled. The company contact will always be notified prior to this occurring. Any agreed expense re-imbursements will be invoiced within 7 days of incurring the expense. Expenses are payable immediately on receipt of invoice.

Professional Services Payment Terms and Conditions

All invoices for Professional Services must be paid by the 20th of the month. Bookings or contracts cancelled within 24 hours may be invoiced at 50% of the agreed rate.

Late Payments

If the Customer fails to make any payment by the due date, K2 & Associates may, without prejudice to any other rights:
1. Interest: Charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 2.5% per month, accruing daily from the due date until the date of actual payment.
2. Administration Fee: Charge a fixed administration fee of $25.00 for each overdue invoice to cover the costs of processing late payments.
3. Recovery Costs: Require the Customer to pay, on demand, all costs and expenses incurred by K2 & Associates (including actual legal fees, debt collection agency fees, and court costs) in the process of recovering the overdue amount.
4. Suspension: Suspend the provision of any further services until the outstanding amount (including interest and costs) is paid in full.

Governing Law

Any claim relating to K2 & Associates services and this web site shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

As an Instructor, K2 & Associates represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if an instructor uses HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
